- Object
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Site, its content and functionalities (news, membership forms, donations, event registration, solidarity store, etc.). By browsing the Site, you unreservedly accept the current GTC.
- Site access
The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of maintenance or force majeure. The Association cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions, breakdowns or unavailability.
- User account
Certain functions may require the creation of an account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information, to maintain the confidentiality of his identifiers and to notify the Association immediately of any unauthorized use. The Association reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account in the event of non-compliance with the GCU.
- Rules of conduct
It is forbidden to use the Site for :
Uusurp the identity of third parties or collect data without consent.
The Association may remove any content that is illicit, inappropriate or contrary to the values of the Association.
- Intellectual property
The Site and all its elements (texts, visuals, logos, videos, trademarks, databases, structure, code, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, extraction, reuse or exploitation is prohibited without written authorization. Content uploaded by users remains their property, but they grant the Association a non-exclusive, worldwide, free license to display and promote it on the Site.
- Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. The Association has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or practices.
- Personal data & cookies (overview)
The Site collects data to manage memberships, donations, registrations, newsletters and orders, on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, legal obligations (accounting), legitimate interest (security/anti-fraud), consent (marketing).

- Liability
The Site is provided "as is". The Association does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content, nor the absence of errors or interruptions. The Association shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of opportunity, loss of data, etc.).
- Security
The user undertakes not to compromise the security of the Site. The Association implements reasonable measures (technical and organizational) to protect data and the Site, without any absolute guarantee.
- Modification of the GTCU
The Association may modify the GCU at any time. Updated versions are published on the Site with an effective date. Use of the Site after modification constitutes acceptance.
- Applicable law - Disputes
The GCU are subject to the French law (to be adapted if necessary). In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the courts of competent jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction.

- Offers and products/services
Where appropriate, the following are proposed:
- Memberships and renewals ;
- Donations (with or without consideration) ;
- Event registration (conferences, workshops, etc.);
- Derivative products (solidarity store) ;
- Digital content (dematerialized ticketing, documents, etc.).
The essential characteristics, prices, availability and specific conditions are shown on the offer pages.
- Prices - Currency - Taxes
Prices are quoted in euro/FCFA/otherincluding all taxes where applicable.
Visit donations do not constitute a sale and are not subject to VAT (except in the case of substantial consideration - to be specified according to your tax system). Delivery/treatment costs, if applicable, are indicated before validation. The Association reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but offers will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is placed.
- Ordering & validation
The order is final after: (i) validation of the basket/form, (ii) acceptance of the GTC/GTC, (iii) confirmed payment. The Association reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (presumed fraud, previous dispute, incomplete information, etc.).
- Payment
Payments are made via payment service providers (credit card, bank transfer, mobile wallet, etc., subject to availability). The Association does not have access to full card details. Any attempt at fraud will result in cancellation of the order and, where appropriate, prosecution.
- Billing & receipts
A received or a invoice is sent by email. For donations, a donation receipt can be issued if the Association meets the applicable legal conditions (to be specified according to country and tax regime).
- Delivery / availability
- Ticketing / digital content dematerialized delivery (email, account space, QR code).
- Physical products Delivery: shipment to the address indicated, by carrier. Indicative delivery times communicated at time of order. Risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery. In case of return for wrong address/unclaimed, reshipment possible at customer's expense.
- Right of withdrawal
- Physical products Return policy: 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, return at your expense in original condition. Refund of sums paid (excluding additional delivery charges) within 14 days of receipt/notification of return shipment.
- Legal exceptions no retraction for digital contents provided after prior agreement and express waiver, for dated tickets/events (fixed-date leisure services), for personalized/perishable goodsor fully executed services before the deadline.
- Memberships/donations in principle non-retractable if the service begins immediately or is not a conventional sale of goods/services.

- Cancellation & refund (events)
In case ofcancellation of an event by the Association, you will be reimbursed the ticket price (excluding independent ancillary costs, e.g. transport/accommodation). In the event of reportyour tickets remain valid or can be reimbursed according to the terms communicated. In case ofcancellation by the customerPlease refer to the specific conditions of the event.
- Compliance - Warranties - Claims
For physical products, you benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects (French law). For any complaint (defective product, non-conformity, damaged parcel), please contact us under 48 h after receipt, with photos and order number. Failure to do so will result in no guarantee of acceptance.
- Liability
The Association is liable only for direct and foreseeable damage resulting from improper performance of the GTCS. It shall not be held liable for indirect damage, loss of data, loss of earnings, or delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure.
- Reservation of ownership
Products remain the property of the Association until full payment has been received.
- Intellectual property (sales)
The elements provided (tickets, media, digital content) are intended for strictly personal use and are non-transferable, unless authorized in writing. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or resale is prohibited.
- Fraud prevention & misuse
The Association reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of payment irregularities or misuse (unauthorized resales, multiplication of accounts, circumvention of limits, etc.).
- Personal data (sales)

- Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for default due to an unforeseeable and irresistible event (catastrophe, pandemic, administrative decision, strike, general breakdown, etc.).
- Modification of offers and GTC
The Association may modify its offers, prices and GTC at any time. The GCS applicable are those in force at the time of the order.
- Applicable law - Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the materially and territorially competent courts after an attempt at amicable resolution.
